Do you have a Mukhi Sisters store where I can see and try on your jewelry?
Yes! If in Beirut, you can visit our showroom in Dora, Dedeyan Center, 4th floor. If you are an international customer please check out our stockists list that we constantly update or check our social media platforms as we might we popping up in your city or somewhere close to you!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship our products locally as well as internationally, through DHL. Shipment fees will be calculated automatically when you proceed with the check-out. Shipping taxes may vary depending on the destination; please note that you will be in charge of these duties. Kindly refer to section ‘shipping and returns‘ for more info.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as the piece has not been shipped.
When do I receive my order ?
Usually we process your order as soon as we receive it. It may take up to 3 working days to ship it. The delivery time will depend on the country of destination and the method that you chose (express or standard shipping.)
How do I know if my order was completed successfully? You will receive an email from us confirming your order.
How long does shipping take? Usually 4 to 5 working days but we recommend tracking your shipment as we don’t have control over that.
How to track my shipment?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check your order status and ETA.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Can I resize my purchased jewel? Please check with us first and if we give you consent (as in some few cases some rings can’t be resizing and doing so my affect the ring); please do resize it at your local jeweler.
Can I customize a jewelry pieces? How long does it take? Yes you can, depending on the piece, it could take up to 14 days or up to 45 days if we have to source the gemstones for you.
Do you remodel/repurpose personal heirloom jewelry? Yes we do, please get in touch for personal assistance.
Will I be charged for import taxes and duties upon reception of my order? Yes, depending on the country we will be shipping to and we don’t have pre-calculations or estimates on the taxes and duties as they vary from country to country.
