RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

No returns, no refunds.

 

At Mukhi Sisters, our main value is to keep our clients satisfied. If for some reason you are not happy with your order you may contact us by whatsapp +961 76 087729 or email us to online@mukhisisters.com as we do not have a return or exchange policy.

 

Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an RA # may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to sender. 

Unfortunately shipping charges are not refundable. 

In the exceptional case of returns, items must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company flyer for future purchases. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Please note All SALE, Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

DAMAGES

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the client to check the product upon its arrival to make sure it is in good condition. If defect is found, please contact us right away so that we can assist you with the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.

TAXES & DUTIES

All International orders that do not include free shipping will be sent International Mail for a fee that will vary depending on the country shipped to. Any taxes / duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

For shipments going to France: please note that all shipments going to France and containing jewelry regardless of the value with precious stones or semi-precious stone must be transferred to a certified broker (duly mentioned on invoice or AWB) with additional costs and delays.

if no precious stone or semi-precious stone, DHL can clear normally.

 

DELIVERY

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day, and will arrive in around 7 business days after they are shipped. In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Sometimes we produce the pieces only when the item is ordered, if this is the case please allow for extra time on delivery. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. 

Made to Order and Personalized Orders May Take 4-6 WEEKS TO SHIP. If you order other items in addition to a made to order or personalized item, they will all ship together.

TRACKING

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.   

MS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
